Is there a chance for non graduates to land on a job in pharmaceutical? The short answer is: YES; but for this group of people, there are a few things they need to bring to the table to increase their chances of getting one. What are the things they need?
This is the most important attribute of all, hence the reason why it is placed on top of the list. During my years as a sales manager and run a few interview sessions, the first thing look for is the candidates' ability to CNPR Reviews clearly convey their opinion and speak their mind.
Other things, as they said, can be trained and polished.
If you walk into an interview room just to have fun, then you probably want to reconsider your position. Why? Working for a pharmaceutical company and promote something that matter to peoples' life are serious business, and only serious people are qualified to deliver.
Whether the experience is relevant or not to the job they apply is a different story. Having a work experience will add value to the candidate as employer will see them as someone who knows what it is like to work with people. Pharmaceutical jobs are team effort and the effectiveness of the team is determined by how well they can work with each other.
That is why having such understanding is an added value.
I remember a distant colleague who climbs the sales position manager level from the very bottom of the ladder; in fact, he was a store keeper for a drugstore. But he used the period and his work condition to get to know many sales rep and sales managers alike. This interaction leads him to believe that he too can do the job and he made a few preparations. One of it includes bringing a dictionary whenever he went.
He finally lands a job through a few people he knows and from there he worked his way up. The rest, as they say, is history.
You probably would not be successful in your first attempt or second or third. If you stop right there, you might miss the chance which is lurking right around the corner. So persistence is important and because it will keep you going until you have gained what you desire, no matter how long it will take you.
